We've been refining the menu planning in the face of how crashy I've been lately; I've had days this week when I've slept more than 18 hours. He likes them in gravy, so it wasn't a BIG step -- this was basically a gravy fortified with lots of extra mushrooms and onions and celery. I cut them up small, though not tiny like I do for gravy. I want to find a less labor intensive way to cook 'em, though.
