Have you filed a complaint with the FCC? There's an online form at http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm - as far as I'm aware, you can file a complaint against anyone who calls you to advertise goods or services if you've told them not to call you, prior business relationship or not.

I didn't keep a record last time, but I'm pretty sure I did complain to the FCC. But it may have been the FTC?

Anyhow I'm going to start tracking this more assiduously; I am good and tired of it!

I just wish there was a way to get rid of all the "charities." This probably sounds harsh, but I just don't want them calling me up and pestering me, so I will not donate to anyone who calls. There are plenty of worthy causes who aren't pester-bots.

If you do end up speaking to a person again when they call, make sure to ask them for their business name and address, and their address in California for service of process. Even if you don't end up filing suit, that might get you knocked off their list.

Haha, I have so gotten hung up on by telemarketers for asking for their company name and address. But I'll try it. :)
