That sounds yummy, and I've never eaten kohlrabi any way other than fresh and raw.

My mother has a sadly overcomplicated (sad because she almost never makes it; it's a lot of work!) soup recipe that makes use of kohlrabi, which is how I knew it was so yummy in soup.

This one makes a soup of of kohlrabi, celeriac, parsnips, carrots, and a few other things and then bakes it inside of acorn squash. It is the yum!
