There's a few songs with music videos that had a big impact on me when I was a child, but looking through the ARIA top hits of the early '90s, while I rediscovered a lot of them (many I remembered all the details anyway) there's still a few that I can't remember:
* who the name of the artist was.
* what the name of the song was.

For an era supposedly dominated by "grunge" there were certainly a lot of electronic dance tracks in the charts '92-'93.

Off the top of my head - try Alice In Chains and Bananarama.

Electronic music in that time took off thanks to the British rave culture and US house movement.

Definitely not Alice in Chains. I have all their music videos from that era and nothing resembles what I saw as a child.
