I'm looking for articles about how easy or hard it is to manage a treatment programme for people with HIV in sub-Saharan Africa when anti-retrovirals are free - and I can't find a lot. Urgh. There was a 'special' child today in HDU; cerebral palsy. She was all chubby and funny and laughing. She's one of only 2 kids I've seen so far to've managed to laugh on the HDU - I don't blame the others. Poor mum, though.
