Sometimes I worry you have a "fake it till i make it" approach to your self esteem. I could be wrong but sometimes I feel that your confidence is forced....and it shouldn't have to be!

you are absolutely right.

i have a serious problem with negative self talk. ever since i can remember there has been a little voice in the back of my head telling me all the various ways i suck. i have to be like FUCK YOU IM A BADASS sometimes or else i just shut down. im much better at believing my own bs than i used to be, but the self doubt is still always there.
