I'm thinking of writing up something for the newer residents to read over, so that they'll be able to find out everything immediately necessary to know about the apartments in one sitting. I'd like the input of the apartments for this; for a start, does it seem like a good idea

So... Perhaps we try to get more red tape somehow? More safe area to run to if something go terribly wrong? Like room of red tape? Safe room ey? This... Sound ridiculous?

That's not a bad idea, actually. It'll take finding enough, though, and it only seems to show up once every so often... in the basement, in the hospital, at other places in the city...

Still, worth looking into.
