Luck's got nothing to do with it, cabin girl the second. It's choices, mostly, and waiting for the opportune moment. Weren't my fault that the Aku Kraken decided to toss me, eh? Although that was a direct consequence of my choice to engage in respectable and neighborly behavior. Hmph.
Now I might say that you are a very unlucky little girl, stranded alone in a faraway darkened tunnel after a horrid fall from a ladder, lost, alone, hungry, and frightened.
Or, I could say that those are natural consequences of certain choices and actions, and of fooling with damned fool ladders when you shouldn't.

Listen, lass--if I were you, I wouldn't venture much further without a torch. This Brook fellow--he might not be able to find you if you do that. Also, where there's treasure, there's likely the leavings of violence. Bones. Scraps of tattered clothing. Very pointy golden crowns. Could trip and impale yourself, savvy?
