[Have sword, will travel. Katie's in the forest today, travelling with ...a purpose. She's hunting for Sigmund's shoe. Though she's also looking just in the hope that she might find a Sanji under a bush somewhere, and may stop to pounce a spider or two (they may survive the experience), and eventually just make a tally of everything she can find

Mostly because Haruki's head hurts but partially because he's annoyed and hot he's making his way down to one of the lakes. The further one, actually. Mostly just to check the water temp (or so he'd claim) but also because he wants to think or something poetic like that. ...Maybe]

So they need to compromise, obviously. Because while they would be happier with salt, they would be more happy with other fish to eat.

Oh, yes. That's an excellent point. Perhaps we should offer just a little bit of salt and suggest that it would taste nice on the other fish.

[...and now she's hungry. Mmm, fish.]

Oh. That might be a good one, actually. [A pause and then-] Well then, let's get moving. We're not gunna make it to the lake before dark if we keep delaying like this!

[And with that he turns and sets off back at a slow jog pace towards the lake]

[Scurrying to keep up.] Do you think monsters come out at night in the forest?

Well, there is supposed to be a wolf the size of a truck out here.

Is that Moro? I ran into her once. She seemed very nice. i don't think she was hungry.

Never met her personally. Just heard she doesn't like people all that much.

It's because people keep setting bear traps in her forest. I'm trying to get rid of them all, you know.

Bear traps? There probably aren't even that many bears.

That's because of the bear traps. [Makes logical sense.] I think the rest have gone into hiding.
