yes. also, there is NO evidence of any likeness of el paso in the restaurant. and if you want tacos you have to order flautas - and specify if you want them in sauce or dry. and you have to specify waht kind of sauce, meat, etc.
it's their loophole, i suppose. i love chico's but fuck them and their lawsuit. they didn't invent tacos "ahogadas".
