Yes: life is far too short to individually prick sloes with a needle!

Really scarce here too, I went for a little amble after work yesterday and none at all, not even from formally reliable bushes.
I'm off to Wales for the weekend, seriously considering picking any I find there, I've only got a liter on the go this year! And none of 2014 and only a dribble of 2015 left!
