I think I'd be a much happier person if I didn't suck at making friends.

i'm not any better at making friends either. but with the small close knit friends i have now? they make me a happier person and i know if you have just even a small amount, they alone should give you confidence and happiness ♥

I have a small group of friends, and I end up feeling like shit around them because I'm always the audience and never a participant.

I'm on the fence with you. Half the time I think you're wonderful, the other half I want to punch you and make you do something with yourself.

lmao i don't blame you. i feel really bad for having all my friends put up with me. but i'm trying to exercise more and once i get enough money i'm going to get a personal trainer. i also volunteered for doing animal work. i know actions speak louder than words so i can't expect you to believe me that i'm getting better. but i promise you'll see soon.

I'm finally in a relationship and as if that weren't enough of a surprise to me, it's not actually fixing all of my problems.

you can't expect a relationship to solve everything as much as you'd like to. though i've kinda been having that mindset since everyone i know is in one now
