another UFO bites the dust!

This UFO was as dusty as the last one. Started in 2008, and finished last night. Fortunately, though, I get to keep this one. It's an embroidered Victorian chemise for myself. It's the Period Patterns one made in silk/cotton (very sheer and diaphanous), but I hand sewed the whole thing and cut short the embroidery when the buttonhole scallops

Thank you! I'm in the process of trying to plan for CoCo. Just heard the room block sold out. Didn't think it would be a problem at this new location. Sigh.

That sounded strange to me too b/c I thought the whole point of moving to the new hotel (with the smaller rooms, no free breakfast, less than accomodsting service), was so that everybody can go. This is disheartening. :(

I know! I think there are still rooms at a higher rate. I haven't gotten that far in my planning. I'm trying to include a few other west-coast stops on my trip and it's challenging to coordinate all the moving parts. /fingers crossed
