Once again, what a great in-depth analysis! I was especially impressed by the section on Fei Wang Reed's warriors! I hadn't thought of that, but WHY does he send warriors to hinder Syaoran's progress when he actually wants him to succeed!?!? I can't wait to know the explanation for that. I'm pretty sure it's there for a purpose, as there is always a purpose to everything in Tsubasa.

Wow, lots of good points, but I'm going to throw out my theory that the real Shaoran is the Cardcaptor Shaoran so he would be an orphan. My proof?
Same magi circle (although it only pops up for a single panel in CCS)
and the same sword.
I think that I will need to read this again, you brought up so many good points!

Oh and another crack theory, Yuuko has the feather that contians Sakura's memories of Shaoran. Hey her magical storeroom has enough magcial stuff in there so that Mokona wouldn't be able to sense it...
