Unhinged Sam is just. *shivers* And that's the thing about true madness--it's freakin' scary. There's no reasoning with someone like that, no appealing to anything, because there isn't anything/anyone there TO appeal to or reason with. I feel so bad for Ben...but weirdly, I feel bad for Sam, too. He's not being intentionally, methodically malicious. He's gone beyond the ability to be anything intentional, though the malicious is still there. Heh.
