"...do you think I'm ignorant, Aile?" Perseis asked after a while. Ailean had been watching the cloud-shadows drifting over the land and it took a few moments for the Princara's words to register.
"What sort of question is that? You know more than most people, your tutors have seen to that."
"That's not what I asked."
Ailean winced at the top of Perseis's head. What sort of question was that. "Well, you don't know as much as I do. But you're better with people. Everyone likes you."
"They treat me like a pet."
Ailean shrugged the shoulder that wasn't supporting the Princara's head. "You let them."
This was brilliant. I love how you have Perseis' serious moods down -- most of the time ey's rather silly, but when ey gets in the mood, suddenly all the frill is gone from eir words and you nailed that. *wiggle*

You're good at conveying character, as is piig, which is why your characters set up camp in my head so readily. You also have such lovely people in your head-- it's a nice change from the people I usually get! You and Christina both convey the *spirit* of the character, rather than the *facts* -- I mean, I'll get such a feel for the people I'll know what they'd do, or what they'd think, just like I do for RL people I know well. ♥!

You're good at conveying character, as is piig, which is why your characters set up camp in my head so readily. You also have such lovely people in your head-- it's a nice change from the people I usually get! You and Christina both convey the *spirit* of the character, rather than the *facts* -- I mean, I'll get such a feel for the people I'll know what they'd do, or what they'd think, just like I do for RL people I know well. ♥!
