first off, you're a fucking idiot. pretending to have a doctorate is a felony, something you--durrrr-- should lose your fucking job for! all i did was investigate and report the fact that he didnt provide information on the doctorate he claimed to have. any published thesis by anyone holding a doctorate should be no more than a simple google search away; his wasnt anywhere to be found (including his resume, which i read myself). so he had the chance of clearing up the issue-- answering my question of where he got his doctorate, and he chose to resign.

the point is, his non-answer and resignation was self-incrimination, at least logically. there is still no hard proof either way, but if he was telling the truth about having a doctorate in the first place, all he had to do was provide proof of it. i would've been happy completely dropping the issue.

yeah. really my fault.
