The war between manga publishers and scanlations

A group of Japanese and American manga publishers is threatening legal action against 30 manga scanlation websites. The sites haven't been named yet, but One Manga, one of the largest manga scanlation websites, is already making plans to shut down within a week.

I(somehow)have nothing against their (Japanese and US manga publishers) to shut down these "illegal" manga scanlation sites (as what they call it) but they must consider the fact that mangas are not distributed evenly. In fact, some regions don't have mangas existing in them.
At least, these publishers should consider that. They are somehow being unfair to the extent that, they are only keeping this sort of entertainment only for themselves considering the fact that there are a lot, no a TON of manga fans out there.
