Well, it seems like talk of the LiveJournal events has died down, although it's still very much on my mind. It may seem silly to some to worry about something like this, but I will tell you why I am still concerned. They weren't banned because LJ decided they couldn't have an interest in things that are against federal law. They were banned because LJ was inept in an attempt to keep their property from being used in support of things which are against federal law. Which, I'm not sure, but I suspect is in keeping with both the spirit and letter of their ToS.
