When I lived in Dallas I got made fun of for saying 'pop' and had to learn to call is soda.

That's weird.. I was only a few hours outside of Dallas. Maybe my newly thirty-year old brain is just addled.

Oh god.. I hated Texas. Once everyone got over the neatness of me being new and having an 'accent', they were all assholes. :(

It could be something specific to just Dallas too. I was told that in south Texas, down by the border, some places call it all Coke too. Who know? That state is weird!
