I miss California. Guess where I used to live... Los Angeles. I used to live at 415 1/2 E 46 ST Los Angeles.(To be exact it would be S San Pedro Street and E 46 ST.) L.A. misses you, too. I know the area you are describing. I've lived many places around greater LA & the valley over the years, although never around there. It is really nice to read a loving, positive view of LA. I quite love it here myself, most of the time.
Hope you get to return someday.

Wow, getting nostalgic. I apologize that you miss your hometown. I miss mine, but then again I have the option of going back. Geez, that sucks. But cheer up, you are in love with Michigan, yes?
