[A good day for some training. Shiraishi had finally learned to go his own ways and now he's been training his Pokémon on route 34, just below Goldenrod City.

It had gone well, until Staryu had been called out.

For some reason he's not acting well. He keeps spinning and spinning and not obeying Shiraishi at all]
