Entirely inaccurate polling. I'm an 80s kid and I know most of this stuff. I remember when the McDonalds had metal yellow and red stuff. It was like, a slide and some swings maybe. And though I remember OTHERS doing so, I never got into pogs, tamagachi, or beanie babies. I don't know how one would improve the meme, however... there are flaws.
Ghostwriter was awesome. And Miss Mary Mack--although our favorite was Miss Suzie. And Step by Step! And dude, Ren and Stimpy! So dirty and yet so funny.
