Exactly. He would just come in, put the tea down, and Owen would be all "Oi, Teaboy! What do you call this crap?" and Ianto would just smile as say something like "Just doing as my title says. Would you like some shortbread with that?"

Cheers! I was quite drawn to the rather family like humour in Torchwood. They all seemed quite abusive to each other at times :D

Even though they have all (probably) attempted to shoot one another and have really rough times when everyone is abusive to everyone else, I think there is a family aspect to it. I think you can see it in the last ep, with the hugging and such. After all, (bar Gwen), what have they all got apart from Torchwood? :)

That's just it. They are a completely disfunctional family that at the end of the day love each other. You can pick your friends, but you can't pick your family (or in the case of Torchwood, your co-workers)
