Y'know, I was watching SpongeBob while I read this, and just. It's crazy how Ray paralleled Plankton.

And this whole thing is just too cute to be true. Which is exactly how we know it's fiction. ^_^

Actually, when I wrote this I was basing Ray's behavior and 'character' off this play that I did my sophomore year. Don't know if you know it but when certain characters appear or speak the audience is shown when to boo/hiss or cheer.

I love how this is kind of 'normal' fic-wise and could totally be a legit 'Frank is a Prince and Bob the baker is secretly in love with him' fic (and I actually believed it was, and wondered why you said it was meant to be silly for about half of it), until Ray comes in and kidnaps him, and then it's kind of fairytale gone evil-fairytale. Ray's like a pantomime character. Crack-tastic ending <3

I guess the first half could be deceiving, personally I think Bob being a baker funny enough on his own. Should have had him wearing some sort of apron . . . oh well.

I had tons of fun writing the part with Ray, think I laughed the whole time. And I laughed yesterday when we went over it.
