These five drabbles were inspired by a photo prompt courtesy of the drabylon community. The timeline is 507-510. The title is from the poem, I Died for Beauty, by Emily Dickinson.

They're dedicated to youbetterwiseup. She knows why.

I did! It took me two and a half hours to go, buy, and return with my two slices held tightly in a box on my lap, growling at anybody who dared look in its direction. I got lost, found that sublime elevator, saw the legendary Dominic making the pie. It may only have been one shop, but it was definitely an expedition.

I have been googling 'london's best pizzas' for 30 minutes now and am coming up with near nothing. :(
