My thoughts? There's the Anti-Life Equation, and then there's:

Libra's SSoSV + Crime Bible's emphasis on Cain and the first murder weapon + Weather Wizard's dark secret + Lightning striking the killing blow for Bart Allen (per Salvation Run and Countdown) = one seriously Wild Card Rogue (and possible Rogue Profile?)

Geoff Johns talks about the Flash(es), and then gets into discussing the Rogues and RR.
