I LOVE how Owen's turned out. It's just too perfect. He does look all sulky/pouty/hangdog.

I think Owen is the one who looks most like he fits into an Western AU (and darned if he showed up in a Justice Riders fanfic as a desperate bandit who'd gotten into cattle rustling to save his family farm or something, I'd be delighted...)
