Oh, this is lovely. So sweet (in a terribly disturbed way). I loved Alex's conflict throughout it. Really enjoyable. :)

Thanks so much for taking the time to read and comment. I don't write much H/C, and normally it's Yassen who's abusive to Alex, but this time around I had to make him the good guy.

Thanks so much - I was worried I wouldn't be able to convey what happened to Alex and 'fix' him in just 1k words, but I guess it worked out. I simply couldn't make Yassen the bad guy here either.

This was so good. I can think of a few ways Yassen would be the perfect person to help Alex 'overcome' his fears and trauma.

Ahh Roman. Roman, Roman, he keeps popping up everywhere! And i kind of love it. (TV shows, your stories too, etc.) The coincidental irony he provides makes everything awesome.

I love Roman (you know who I'm talking about, from Life?); he is such an evil pretty boy - he's perfect for my OMC bad guy. I can really picture him with Alex, and of course with Yassen too (I have an old plot-bunny for a Roman and Charlie Cruse fic...so little time though to write).

It's so much fun to torture Alex and let Yassen pick up the pieces.

Absolutely! I'm seeing him all over the place now. The irony kills me. Law & Order for example, he was on that, in an episode where he liked boys, i mean girls, and went to trial and everything......but was represented by Geri Ryan, aka Seven of Nine from Star Trek, aka THE BORG. That was a real good laugh at least. He had the power of the freakin Borg as his attorney. DO NOT MESS WITH ROMAN. Rest of the show made me want to throw the TV out a window.
