[ It's high up, which is probably one of the first things that can be noticed. That is, if the lights scattered here and there below are any in dictation. It is also raining, not as obvious, considering it is dark out, but the soft pitter-patter of the drops can be heard.

More distinctly there is humming. It is slow, soft, any almost mournful

[Ranma looks at the feed a little bit far away in curiosity. He was perched on a window ledge and covered by a roof... upside-down and hanging on to it only by his feet. He was perfectly balanced there as he continued to watch the feed with a curious face.]

[ She's still humming, cause she's ignoring the PCD for the most part. Kitten's got a lot of stuff on her mind, and is a little nostalgic, so unless you speak, you more then likely won't get her attention. ]
