she is though! i feel like hollywood is afraid of putting girls in comedic roles. i mean, they often play the straight (wo)man, and i'm really enjoying emma stone at the moment because i feel like she, leslie mann and anna faris as well are becoming big hitters in terms of women in comedy (despite my mixed feelings re: anna faris). it's awesome. but yes, the fact that emma stone in this acts, y'know, like a real girl makes it that much more awesome.
