I'm watching 'Sex Pistols: Live at the Longhorn' and I can honestly not get over how wee and tiny Johnny Rotton is. Seriously, he's a baby! On that note as well, I never really noticed the height difference between Sid Vicious and Johnny Rotton before, but it's kind of epic.

my only education on sex pistols is that they wrote a song about...a guy getting a gun and something along the lines of raping a girl -- and people in the crowd were eventually like YEAHHH INSERT NAMES IN THE SONG and they were like "to this day we do not sing this song"

lol, um, it kind of makes sense? i can't think of any song about guns or rape tbh. the punk movement was actually very pro-women and pro-women's rights. it was a few years that spawned a lot of all-women bands like The Runaways and the careers of artists like Joan Jett and Siouxsie Sioux who are huge movers and shakers in terms of women in music

he does a little! i kind of noticed that too. i think it's probably the combination of hat, height and glasses, but it's totally there.
