Very nice, I liked this. Very bleak for a while (which is very much my cup of tea ;o) and quite plausible.

I would love to see a companion piece done from Mal's POV :o)

It's always a pleasure to read well written Mal and Inara.
I like how she wants to crawl into his chest and steal his heart, powerful.

I've been waiting for some m/i...and this couldn't have been better it's beautiful and just so THEM! Sorry if I'm sqeeing here but it happens when you're going through collage finals :S
