LoL, that was my plan of action. I figure you already have you stuff set up so I'm sure you would know way better than I would what to do. Setting up internet connections has never been my forte :-P

No, phones are a great form of communication, as lost as the person your trying to communicate with is speaking the same language and isn't a complete asshole. I'm sure getting you on the phone is like winning the dial-a-lotto. Too bad you don't work at Comcast :-D
