Bellingham friends with hair: Help!

My hair is getting WAY too long. I need to get it cut but my usual hair stylist has decided to ignore me for some reason. Does anyone know a good place in town to go thats not SUPER expensive. I don't mind paying a little more because I pretty picky about my hair style, but I don't want to be dropping $50 on a trim either. Any suggestions?

you should go to the mall jc penny's does the best but it is little more expensive than the place outside. I always get my hair cut at jc penny's and it is about 30.
