Arashi often seem to have a somewhat complicated relationship to food: They clearly love to eat, yet many of their televised food encounters verge on the horrifying--attempts to present the most stinky, most spicy, most bitter, or, perhaps most frighteningly, the most ancient of foods to be eaten publicly for the entertainment/trauma of all

We made ma bo tofu with baby bok choy for dinner last night, and then I had it for lunch today, but now I totally want to trade with you^^;
mmmmmmm pumpkin cookies!!! Have I shared with you my insane cookie plot yet? It involves gingerbresd cookie cutters (purchased yesterday) and concert costumes ^^; Because I clearly needed to take on a ridiculous new baking project ^^;

also a small gigglebit for your birthday (note appropriate Sho icon! ^_^)
the Washington Post says goodbye to English!
I hope you will enjoy your celebrations today and that it's full of raibows and sparkles and fude and fun! With Arashi thrown in for good measure.

Jun is in charge of the food for this episode, a role presumably decided by whoever came to work that day wearing the largest button.
I giggled when I read the button part. I never noticed it before.
Of course, now I have reason to wonder why it is that Aiba always insists on having it on the show--perhaps he's trying to fatten Nino up?
Interesting point. And presenting mabo tofu in its different forms is Aiba's way of camouflaging his intentions.

I had never notice the button before either, but once I did, it was inescapable--and then the ridiculousness of the pouch necklace that he keeps fiddling with . . . I just don't get it ^^; Though I will always defend that hair ^^; And I won't even know why. Obectively, I know it's ridiculous, but . . . I still kind of love it ^^;
Subtle!Aiba attacks again!

I actually really enjoy it when Jun half pulls his hair back ^^;; This is a variation on it with the curls, but I think it's great with his bone structure. I love his hair int he anniversary concert for the same reason ^^;;
And thank you! It's going to be a long day, since it's a Tuesday and I am at the campus for 11 hours on Tuesdays (hence me bailing a bit early today), but still! It should be pretty awesome ^_^

Tasty and delicious!
I miss Shukudai, too D: I think the other shows are doing fine, but they don't have the same place for me. I kind of look forward to a point when they might have later shows again ^^; Though I want all good things for them, of course ^^;
And thank you for the food clarification!
I love fall, but of course, as soon as I professed my love for it, the fickle season went and left me only with more summer. It's hot again :P Oh well ^^;
Fall is lovely! As long as you have the proper clothes for it ^^;
