Eleven years of Arashi!! I always think of this date as the Arashi anniversary that makes the biggest impression on me, rather than the release of the first single. Five incredibly young guys on a boat off of Hawaii probably wondering what this was going to mean in the long run

While watching the videos I kept thinking that Arashi should throw some double rainbows into their PVs...

Oh lord, no I hadn't see either of those, though the first came across my google reader and I scrolled past because I was busy.

You know, there's something really sweet about the first one --for about 10 seconds, and then it goes to mildly uncomfortable, to embarrassing, to I think he might need a doctor ^^;

The Rolling Stones

When I'm not at my work computer, I'll try to find some pictorial evidence, but my god, it seems like Arashi is always wearing Rolling Stones shirts on their shows and TV appearances.

So whenever I see the Rolling Stones Tongue logo, I have completely inappropriate Arashi flashbacks

I think the most egregious example was when they went on Music Station for Happiness and both Ohno and Aiba had versions of the logo:

Bandaids

It seems to me that there are two varieties of things that remind me of Arashi: Things that connect to canon fandom stuff (i.e. we see them in shows, concerts, interviews, etc) and other ordinary things that have an aspect that reminds us of Arashi, like my sparkly rainbow bandaids, which I bought because they reminded me of Arashi, and when is a better time to thing of Arashi than when you have a minor injury and need cheering up?

I'll be without internet for the next two weeks in a few hours, so I can't exactly play (...I WANT TO, THOUGH! D:), but I just wanted to tell you of my deep adoration of those sparkling bandaids. If Arashi's taught me one thing, it's that everything is better with sparkles! *___*

Well you won't see this for forever then, but let me tell you, they're really bright in person ^^; The camera couldn't capture it, so I kind of gave up ^^;

And even if it's just me, I'm going to be adding things to this, probably indefinitely, since I can go here and get my dose of happy any time ^^;

EVERYTHING is better with sparkles, it's true&hearts Since this fandom, glitter, sequins, shiny things of all types abound. My wrapping paper is all Arashi themed ^^; Right now I have glitter leopard in aqua blue for Ohno, a fuschia glitter brocade pattern on purple for Jun, and gold iridescent shiny paper that reminds me of the firstocostumes of AAA Dome 2006.

Also, my aqua sequined shoes ^^;
