Eeeeeeeeeeee

I am glad it wasn't some of the cliffhangers you left, and I am grateful for that, but MAN do I want the rest.

Like, now. This is fabulous. And more than that! I like it tons and tons and cannot wait (but will) for the rest! <3

Wow, thanks so much! It's been so much fun to write, and I'm actually pretty sad it's almost done. Although I've already got plans for a one-shot coda, so apparently it's not.

Ahaha, just one chapter left to wrap it all up yet. Which I could have stuck into this super short chapter, probably, but whatever.

And about crossovers--honestly, most of the time and for most fandoms I don't care for them, either. But the Doctor lends himself better than many to sci fi crossovers, I think. I was semi-converted when I read an amazing Firefly/Ninth Doctor crossover. The Doctor's all about exploration, really, so I think the "new territory" of another series would totally be his thing. :D

I still wouldn't be able to take, like, a Star Trek/Lord of the Rings crossover seriously, though.

I am glad to hear that. I have some friends (who are epic writers and I adore) that just go nuts and feel like "Done well anything crossed with anything could work" and I just...I dunno.

But I do like this. It does fit and work although a part of me is like "eeee crossover." But you are an epic writer and the Doctor DOES lend himself to many fandoms very well.

I am overjoyed (more) to learn there's another little bit to this. I like it, and anything that gets you writing more Warehouse is awesome in my book. <3

I think the key to a crossover is that it doesn't require much explanation for how the two worlds work together, and that the crossed-over party actually contributes something instead of just being there for their own sake. But that's me making up rules as I go along, so whatever.

And aw, shucks. *blush*

Awww, Artie moving to protect Claudia. What? I'm starving for some Artie/Claudia!

And the rest of the chapter is totally in character, for the Doctor to disagree with Artie's method of releasing Will, although I personally agree with Artie. It is what Will wanted.

Well, to be fair, he's moving to make sure Will doesn't interfere with the plan and get away. Totally. Has nothing to do with ship. Really. *innocent face*

Yay, I'm pleased you feel that way. The death of Will was actually weird to write--it was meant to be a more explosive or intense or something but the way it worked out Artie . . . stepped on him to death. But I hope I got the idea across anyway, and since you said "releasing" instead of "killing" I think maybe I did? :)

No, I think it was a fitting end for him. In the end, he was a villain/tragic character. He's been driven insane by no communication with anyone, and wants human contact. In a way, the doctor would have been dooming him to a life that he didn't want to live if had found a virtual world for him.

And I'm looking for Glee gifs right now. Which is totally your fault. Well, not the Glee part.

I was a little iffy on how sympathetic I found Will, but Artie is hugely compassionate; he certainly would have sympathized, especially as he has that guilt thing going for him. (But mostly, I just thought the actual method of death was weird and not what I'd planned. Because . . . he got stepped on. To death. WTF?)

Hah, good luck! I wish I could find WH13 GIFs but not so much, alas.

I'm glad it seems accurate to people other than me. I can see both sides to the argument, myself.

And thanks!

I read it and thought it was great. (I was killed dead on the 12th, though, so that's why I forgot to review.) I know this is a mediocre review, but I think everything's already been said in the mass of posts above me! :D
