I think it depends on where you're a teacher; we had openly gay teachers at my (private) school when I was in high school a million years ago. Every teacher gets crap talked about them; I don't think it would make it all that much harder for him.

I can see Blaine playing music for and playing with kids, but I really don't see him liking the actual grind of what it means to take care of and teach little kids. I don't know! Maybe we'll find out in the show! :D
