You know, a lot of the time I feel like I don't contribute enough to fandom. I can't make gifs or art, I don't chat on tumblr (though my ask is always open, and questions are always welcome here, too! :) ), I don't engage in spoiler-frenzy or speculation, and I always, always, always feel like I don't write enough

Seriously? you cannot be serious. Of What in the world can you POSSIBLY disapprove? Muse's writing is not only voluminous, it is gorgeous, intelligent, engaging, moving, and entertaining.
Muse, you could write more, of course, if you wanted to give up the rest of your life, because heaven knows there would be many of us who would be willing to invest the time to read it.

I like to communicate and be a part of interesting conversations, so it's hard to sit here and not be out in the fray... but then this way I love the show and want to write about it and love fandom and want to share what I write with it, so I figure it's best this way. :) Besides, if I only have finite energy, at the end of the day I'd like to expend it writing stories instead of dodging wank. :)
You're great. Thank you. :)

GO YOU!
I don't know if this will help silence some of the invisible scripts -- but writing is *fun*. Therefore it can't possibly be important, or work, or mean enough. Right?
Bull.
You change people's lives with your writing. Touch their hearts. Make them think about things in a new light.
You're important. And what you do, even if you only had a fraction of that VERY IMPRESSIVE wordcount, would still be enough.
::hugs::
