Writer's Block

I've honestly never had one this bad before and it's kind of baffling me how to get out of it. I seriously have at least 4 stories or extensive one-shots I'd been working on/ironing out and just can't seem to work on anything. SP is kind of amusing me because I can write two of the five scenes for next chapter but am a bit confused myself as to ( Read more... )

I'm sorry to hear you have writers block. It's such a great story! If you ever need to bounce some ideas off someone, message me!
when the other three parts come to you, you'll know it:) no point in worrying right?I'll still be waiting patiently
It's one of the most original ideas for a story I've ever read, if that helps you feel creative :):):)

Well how nice. I might just take you up on that soundboarding offer one of these days; it's always interesting to hear your ideas kicked back to you from the mouth of someone else. Hurrah for the benefits of perspective, ne? ^_^

I don't know if you've ever read something by stephenie meyer. I love twilight and I think it's funny how even her keep saying that the character have their own life.
so if she says that and her books are sold everywhere in the world you could be in a very good position! ^.^
maybe I'm here talking to the next best sellers writer and I don't even know it!
anyhow don't worry, keep writing and don't let the life get in your way.
The world is a much happier place with an optimistic eye!

and waterproof keyboards are the best concoction of the century! I finally bought it, now I can drool til dehydration reading SP
XD

I haven't read the series yet and I probably won't until the last book comes out later this year. I tend to get overly obsessive about series that are still dangling - the curiosity kills me. Still, that's cool what you say about the characters having their own wills. It certainly seems that way to me a lot! It's so funny how I'll get mad at my own sometimes so it's amusing to think other authors go through the same things. Ah well, most of the time we're just narrators, not puppeteers. ^_^

(Yeah, and I'd love to be an optimist but I'm just not. It's not gonna happen so just be optimistic in my pessimism? that sounds like something I'd definitely try. I love being a living, breathing paradox. Joy.)

And yes, the waterproof keyboards crack me up. We finally got one of those flat, twisty ones you can bend and stuff at one of my last jobs b/c the guy kept spilling his drinks all around it - no one wants a keyboard on the fritz. Still, remember to drink fluids to keep from dehydration headache - those suck! haha.
