So, I'm in the process of reorganising my lj so that it's easier for me to deal with, the plan being to become more active on lj again, so I'm doing a friends cut as well. I've already removed empty/inactive journals, people who never added me back, and so on, but I haven't cut anyone yet that has me mutually friended

I may not know how to use a LJ cut but I do not know how to make sparkly font either so I guess that makes it even, yes yes yes?

That bit was actually meant to be a joke, but I have been told it wasn't very funny. Sorry. :/ It does irritate me a little, lol, but I am capable of using the scroll button. For the record, using a cut is very easy - if you use the html editor to post, the code is very simple, and if you use the rich text version, even easier. I'd be happy to show you if you like?

For one thing, it makes me much more likely to actually read whatever you posted - when I see a long entry my first reaction is 'OMG wall of text' and to scroll past it as fast as possible, without really considering what it might be about, but if I see a cut it makes me curious; it makes me wonder what someone had so much to say about that it was worthy of a cut, and I kind of feel like it's priviliged information or something. XD

Maybe that makes me a jerk, I dunno, just my two cents. ^^;

Oh, honey. I do know how to use cuts. Wasn't completely serious myself when I said that. I just don't like LJ's new cuts, which are a bitch to edit sometimes.

That said, I will now cut my posts when I want you to read them :D
