He's a comedian. He has a sketch where he essentially says that very "upper-class" people can talk about getting drunk and use absolutely any word to the same effect. I.e rather than saying "I was completely rat-arsed" one could say "I was completely cream crackered" or "totally gazebo-ed!" It's rather amusing.
