He grabbed his axe and started to run.  The branches swiped at him as he half sprinted, half stumbled through the forest, not slowing until his home was finally in sight.

more please... though I must admit to being a sick puppy because I kept thinking abotu that episode of CSI with the furries... er not that my kinks lie in that direction but I have this desire to write something along the lines of "Company of Wolves"

Thank you :) I have a couple of directions I am toying with, but all involve more brain power than I have atm!! Am hoping that by writing down that bit it will keep the spark there for when I can focus on it.
