I find it to be very lonely here...

Perhaps I need to try meeting some people... If I must be trapped here with others, I should at least get to know them.

Well, I guess that depends on how you view it. It can be a blessing or a curse... at least if you or if someone you know and are close to winds up leaving, it will either hurt a whole hell of a lot more or not at all, depending.

Admittedly, though, it can get boring if you don't have too many acquaintances.
