Lame and empty words though they may be, but I truly feel for your losses, both past and present.

...It's not that they're 'lame and empty words' so much as they really don't mean anything when you're standing at a wake or a funeral. They literally don't "make sense" when you're numb and still trying to process everything ( ... )

i'm hugging you right now, maybe not physically but in the spirit relm...

there is something in the air/the prophetic about "being a witness"

i've been ranting about this and meditating on what this means for a few weeks now....finding myself in the shoes of someone caught in the middle of such "death" and darkness - death in the spiritual sense not physical...

want to talk more about this soon...the waves of grief are so hard to predict - know that you are loved.... and in my thoughts and prayers as is your friend dan...i know that sounds cliche...i don't have the right words i just hope you feel it...
