[Anyone who happens by the center of town, may or may not happen to notice a shirtless teen by the fountain. He was soaking wet, like he had taken a swim in the fountain but that annoyed expression on his face probably says otherwise.]

Ugh, Gyatso, if this is your idea of a joke, it's not funny! [Roku sighs as he start searching for his clothes.

[All of this splashing in the fountain does not seem to be terribly interesting to Sokka, who is just sitting in the square eating a sandwich for his lunch.]

[Yeaa, he hasn't noticed Sokka just yet. Kind of...busy trying to think dry thoughts.] Hmm...

[Well he can't bend the water off, but maybe his small knowledge of airbending might work. Getting into a stance, he twirls around to gather the air around him and sure enough, got some of the water off. Anyone nearby might get a little...soaked]

[... and soaked is exactly what happens to Sokka. Unfortunately he doesn't quite have the instincts to use any of his little magic tricks. Was he not so annoyed, he might have noticed how familiar that move that was just used. As it is, he stands up and throws down his soggy sandwich.]

[Roku takes a moment to calm his spirit and then slings his arms out at Sokka to send a gust of wind his way but...uh, nothing happens this time. Just a poof sound.]

[A boy approaches this one, completely blowing off the fact that the guy is wet and simply looking curiously at the latter.]

Nah, Luceti isn't part of a temple last I checked. It'd say it's far from being one.
