"Kyou~ya! I got you a card. And chocolate. Look, it's shaped like a heart!"
Kyouya stared at him. "Tamaki... you're not a girl."
"Kyouya... Haruhi is the girl. I'm Tamaki."
"Girls give chocolates on Valentine's Day. Not boys."
"Where I come from," said Tamaki, with just the hint of a pout, "you give chocolates to the one that you love. No matter what gender."
"Is it a commercialised meaningless event designed to sell chocolate where you come from, too?"
Now Tamaki did pout. "Kyouya is mean. Aren't I allowed to express my feelings?"
"Tamaki... Haruhi is the girl. Not me."
Tamaki's pout threatened to turn into a full-blown corner-sulk. "Haruhi isn't Kyouya."
Kyouya sat staring at the gaudy pink chocolate box for a long while after he left. "Idiot."
