Reading merryish's friends list, I came across a post by queenofhell saying that someone in Murder by Numbers fandom had plagiarized ukcalico's story Rumour. I went to the archive page she linked to, and promptly found two more plagiarized stories, On the beach, which is really Emmy's Truth or truth, and Intensity, which is Please by jchalo and mickeym.
There's other stuff here that looks familiar, too. I suggest you take a look and see what you recognize.
Also, I'm not very inclined to believe that this is an honest mistake and should be dealt with quietly and with consideration for the plagiarist blah blah. I mean, it's hard to copy three separate stories by four separate writers word for word by accident.

ETA, 2: eponymous has identified Giving In as being Because I Want To by nothinggold.
