Not a lot of fanfic for the entertainment of others, is the short version. And okay, I knew there wasn't a lot, but I was actually surprised as just how much of a lot there wasn't, because I did spend a whole lot of last year typing; it's just that most of it didn't fall into the category of stuff to be posted on the internets.

I reread the Sam and Dean bear story and that was very fun because I remembered the outline of the story and got to just revel in all the vivid language as i went along. Why apologies to Miss Poste?

i will try the eeyore one next -- i hope my vague familiarity with "weird sisters' will help me through! (some friends gave me the animated adaptation which I really like)

Congratulations on another year -- and happy belated birthday.
I had a shock this year when your lj was temporarily strikethrough but then i was very relieved when it came back.

I hope your other typing was rewarding as well. I posted real stories for the first time this year so I was pleased with myself (they are all spn). tho i'm by no means a novice writer fiction is not my specialty and I was very shy to post but it has gone pretty well all things considering.

Apologies to Flora Poste because I stole the title for the story from a chapter in her favorite book -- it just seemed to fit. :) I hope you enjoy yourself with Eeyore and the witches, too. I like Weird Sisters a lot, and the later witch books even better but I think that one must have given you a basic grasp of the characters.

Thank you for the birthday wishes! I hope your coming year will be a good one, too, with more writing and maybe a pretty Winchester or two. :)
